Fall Prevention Program In-Person

Do you fear falling down, or care for a loved one at risk for suffering a fall?

Adults with or without a history of falls are invited to attend this free fall prevention program run by Lemoyne College's Center for Aging Resources and Enrichment. The program is designed to educate participants on biological, behavioral, and environmental risk factors that contribute to one suffering a fall in various locations around the home and community. Participants will learn 4 foundational exercises to complete during the class and at home.

Ages 18 and up.

Registration encouraged.
