Quilling Craft: Owls In-Person
Quilling is an artform that involves using a small tool to roll paper strips into intricate designs.
Learn how to quill with a beginner project. The design theme for this class is Owls. Materials and instruction will be provided.
*Please note the quilling tool is quite small, the action is comparable to threading a needle
