Local Author Talk: A Transplant Tale In-Person
Local author Dave Murray, 68, has cystic fibrosis and recently celebrated the 20th anniversary of his double-lung transplant.
Dave recounts his fictionalized story in the new novel, A Breath of Fresh Air (A Transplant Tale). He'll talk about his life with CF and his transplant, read a short excerpt from the book, and answer questions.
Anyone who has CF, has had or is contemplating any transplant, or has struggled with any medical issue will enjoy this book and Dave's appearance.
Ages 13 and up.
