Qigong

Qigong In-Person

Put on your comfortable clothes and sneakers, and come out to our weekly Qigong practice!

Qigong has been practiced for hundreds of years and is particularly helpful for dealing with stress, limited ability to move, those wishing to developing better balance and flexibility and can be practiced by nearly everyone young and old. Qigong can be modified to allow participants to be seated.

This weekly class is open to all, but registration is encouraged. For details, please call the library at 315-446-3578.
