Yang 24 Form Tai Chi In-Person

Tai Chi is a gentle movement exercise that improves balance by strengthening muscles and coordination; simultaneously, it strengthens the mind, enhancing calmness and confidence in not falling. With regular practice, tai chi is a highly effective exercise for fall prevention.
The Yang 24 Form is the most popular Tai Chi form around the world. It is suitable for all levels of Tai Chi practitioners, beginner and experienced.
