One-on-One Tech Help In-Person
Get in-person help with your laptop, tablet, smartphone, or eReader.
Make an appointment with one of our tech staff to help you troubleshoot device problems or to learn more about how to get the most out of your devices. Be sure to tell us what kind of device you need help with in advance and what kind of issues you’re having.
While our library staff are not IT professionals, we have a wealth of practical IT skills and are happy to provide computer training and advice within the scope of our knowledge.
The Library and Library Staff are unable to assist with medical, financial, legal requests, and entering or accessing sensitive information. The Library and Library Staff reserve the right to refuse service for any requests, including but not limited to:
- Tax Filing
- Online Banking
- Legal Documents
- Medical Documents
- Credit Card Information
- Social Security Numbers
- Explicit Images/Content
- Dating Apps
